Staff was very nice and helpful. Facility was very clean and smelled lovely. Rooms were a decent size. The pool was shut down for more than half of our stay which was extremely disappointing. This was probably the best hotel experience I've had - from the staff to the clean hotel rooms, great breakfast spread each day, and ready-made coffee/tea available 24/7. Plus, it was so close to great shopping. We would love to come stay here again! (PS - we didn't come with a pet, but I love that there were dog biscuits on the counter)
